Return and Refund Policy

At The Classy Concept, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged upon delivery.

  • If you receive the wrong product that does not match your order.

2. Return & Replacement Timeframe

  • You must request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is required as proof for any claims regarding return or exchange.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, unboxing process, and the issue (damage or wrong item).

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

4. Condition of Returned Products

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • We will not accept returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not provide cash refunds.

  • Instead, we issue a gift card of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

6. Return Shipping & Exchange Process

  • We do not provide return pickup services.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost.

  • We will pay up to INR 100 for return shipping charges via gift card only.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.

  • If approved, we will process the exchange or issue a gift card.
