Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is required as proof for any claims regarding return or exchange.

The video must clearly show the sealed package, unboxing process, and the issue (damage or wrong item).

Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
4. Condition of Returned Products

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We will not accept returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
5. Refund Policy

We do not provide cash refunds.

Instead, we issue a gift card of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
6. Return Shipping & Exchange Process

We do not provide return pickup services.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost.

We will pay up to INR 100 for return shipping charges via gift card only.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.

If approved, we will process the exchange or issue a gift card.
